Bonita Dental accepts a variety of dental insurance plans. Please provide us with accurate, detailed dental plan information prior to or at your first visit. If you have a benefit plan booklet, please bring it with you to your first appointment with us. Our office will file your insurance claim forms for you directly with your dental insurance company. It is important to understand that on occasions your dental insurance may not cover certain dental treatments.
